There are many varying components that make up the catering cost in addition to the food. Cost for food, service staff, non-alcoholic beverages and delivery for most weddings for about 150 guests fall into the following ranges:
- Buffet Dinner Reception | $65 – $85 per guest
- Hors D’oeuvres, Small Plates or Stations Reception | $75 – $100 per guest
- Plated Dinner or Steak House Style Seated Reception | $80 – $120 per guest
In addition, Rentals such as plate ware, utensils, linens, tables, chairs, tents, dance floors, staging, etc. can range from $10 – $30+ per guest based upon your wishes and the needs of your selected venue.
