Crave’s hospitality roots run deep here in Austin and Hill Country. Our small but mighty team dreamed big in 1999 when we launched a corporate catering and concierge services company just as the area’s business scene was taking off.
Fast forward a couple of years—Texas Hill Country blossoms into a top wedding destination, and our business evolves to include fine dining, elaborate weddings, and social events. Fast forward again—Austin grows into a global destination, and so do we. We take on large-scale events with destination management companies, PR and marketing firms, and some of the most respected brands in the world. By partnering with talented event planners, we push the limits of what our team can do.
With Austin embracing its food-centric identity, we expanded our crew, adding team members who embody the passion Kim and Leslie instilled from day one. Along the way, we’ve grown our venue partnerships and built a reputation for service that clients can rely on and trust.

Kim Price
Crave’s Co-owner and Executive Chef, Kim Price, began her career 25 years ago in a bakery and then honed her culinary skills over years of experience in several five-star hotels in Houston. After gaining respect as an accomplished chef, Kim left the restaurant industry to pursue her dream of launching an Austin catering business.

Chelsea Serrano
Originally from California, Chelsea Serrano began her culinary career in fine dining and pastry before relocating to Austin in 2013. After several years in corporate food service, she found her stride in catering, where she has spent the past seven years leading teams, managing fast-paced events, and creating food that is thoughtful, flavorful, and guest-focused.
Chelsea thrives in the energy of catering, bringing a calm, solutions-oriented approach to every event. She enjoys the pace, the problem-solving, and the opportunity to make guests feel genuinely cared for through food.

A Houston native, Erica joined the Crave Catering team in 2017, bringing nearly a decade of experience in event production across Austin and Dallas. Her love for the industry began early—helping with catering events alongside her family—and evolved into a career spanning event planning, venue openings, DMCs, and catering operations. Erica’s well-rounded background and deep passion for hospitality shine through in every event she helps bring to life.

Meredith joined the Crave team in 2019, bringing her experience in event management, sales, and production. She discovered her passion for weddings and catering during her time at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she advanced from Intern to Sales Manager. With a decade of experience, Meredith’s background in venue operations and client services allows her to expertly guide couples through the planning process with both creativity and precision. She is most inspired by building meaningful relationships with clients and crafting events that are deeply personal and memorable.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Evelyn later moved to Kyle, Texas, where she graduated from Huston-Tillotson University with a degree in Criminal Justice. She began her career in the corporate world before finding her way into catering, where she quickly discovered a passion for the industry.
Now with four years of experience, Evelyn enjoys the fast-paced nature of events and takes pride in seeing each one come together from start to finish. For her, the most rewarding part is always the final result and the experience created for every guest.

With more than 33 years in the hospitality industry, Tiffany brings a wealth of experience and a steady, confident presence to every event. Leslie Lasorsa
Leslie LaSorsa, CSEP has over 15 years of experience in the events industry as the General Manager of Crave Catering. She is a native of Chicago, grew up in Houston and made her way to Austin to attend The University of Texas earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Leslie became an Auditor for PWC and earned her CPA. She then went on to hold various corporate accounting positions all over the US before making her way back to Austin and joining Crave. Leslie has been a leader in the events community in Austin having held board positions for 6 terms ending with the role of President.

Terrence Brown
Terrence began consulting with Crave Catering in early 2025, bringing his experience in administration, leadership and operations to the team. A native Austinite, Terrence attended Texas State University and the University of Texas at Austin before spending the next 15+ years holding various corporate positions within Finance, Real Estate, Ecommerce and Advertising organizations. Terrence’s background positions him to help Crave streamline workflow processes to drive profitable growth while delivering memorable moments in every event.
