Flash Back Friday: Branded T Ranch Open House

Last week we attended the marvelous opening of Branded T Ranch, a gorgeous new venue just outside of Austin in Kendalia, Texas. The open house featured tours of the property as well as samples and demonstrations from neighboring vendors including Cupcake Bar, Altared Weddings and Terra Vista Strings. Crave Catering was happy to attend and bring some of our favorite recipes. Below are some pictures of the venue as well as our Jalapeño Cornbread Whoopie Pies with a whipped Goat Cheese filling and our Smoked Ruby Red Trout on Dill Scones with Creme Fraiche and Chives. Very fitting samples for such a rustic and southern-looking property! Take a look:
