If you have never visited the Thinkery, it is one uniquely great place! They have a mission to “create innovative learning experiences that equip and inspire the next generation of creative problem solvers.” Today we are reminiscing on a great event we catered at the Thinkery, where we served some great dishes.

With colorful place settings and table cloths, we served our open faced duck taco, complete with mango chutney, goat cheese and balsamic pearls as well as our heirloom tomato salad with a balsamic glaze.
