Recipes: Almond Meal Cookies
There is nothing quite as disheartening as walking into a party hosted by someone who is not only on a diet, but has created a spread that puts all their guests on the same diet for the duration of the event.
Hosting a party with healthy food that doesn’t disappoint or alienate guests can be a challenge. As with most challenges, the solution is simple: cookies. Almond meal makes a great substitute for flour in baked goods and allows you to offer guests a traditional favorite with a healthier than expected twist.

1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 cup Agave Syrup
3 tablespoons Unrefined Coconut Oil
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
