Tacos, tacos, tacos. A word so nice we say it a million times and eat it in every variety we can. This Monday, we were craving some savory protein, so we are featuring our open-faced duck tacos. The dark meat is nicely paired with a cherry chipotle sauce and accompanied by a mild goat cheese to accentuate the nice roasted flavor of the chipotle peppers.
