Munchie Mondays: Redfish “on the half shell”
This Munchie Monday features one of our favorite fish dishes. This redfish fillet is served “on the half shell” similar to how oysters are served and topped with butter, thyme, cilantro, paprika and citrus sea salt. The flavors marinade this meaty white fish spectacularly, creating a tart yet buttery flavor. It is best served over rice pilaf or steamed veggies.
