It’s National Oyster Day!

August 5th, 2014 has now been deemed National Oyster Day. Lucky for us we love everything about oysters! This tasty delicacy has been around for centuries. Did you know oyster farming and cultivation can be traced back to Roman times in France and England? These mollusks have quite the history. What it means for Crave is that today we get to show off one of our favorite Oyster recipes! We call this delectable appetizer Oysters Texasfeller. As if the name wasn’t fantastic enough, this app consists of a fried oyster, paired with some wonderfully green wilted spinach and then topped with creamy hollandaise sauce.
